Order Cancellation & Product Returns

RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER AND RETURN PRODUCTS

You can cancel your order within 10 days of receiving it and get a full refund, excluding shipping or incidentals. In this case you should contact MOTOTAMIAS.GR by fax, by phone or by e-mail at tamiamoto@gmail.com.

Genuine Suzuki / Kymco / Kawasaki products or parts are non-returnable and non-cancellable from orders

If you decide to choose this right, you will be asked by MOTO.TAMIAS.GR to return the products you received unused, in their original packaging and with all accompanying accessories (if any).
No return of electrical parts (rectifiers, electronics, relays, relays, lamps, multipliers, coils, coils, bobbins, injectors, etc.) original or aftermarket for any reason due to the impossibility to verify their non-use.

Products returned incomplete or battered/damaged or used will NOT be refunded.

After we have received the products, a credit will be issued in your name, which will be credited to the Bank account you have indicated to us. The refund will concern the cost of the products and not the transport or expenses (bank etc.). If you have ordered a product in combination with other products in an offer, then you will be required to return the other products included in that offer.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately (within 10 days) and we will repair or replace the product at our expense.

The above warranty does NOT cover defects resulting from accident, negligence or misuse/violent use.

If you received a product that you did not order, you must notify us within 10 days so that we can immediately replace it at our expense.

In any case, to choose the right of return/replacement, the returned product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all the accessories that accompanied it. Products that do not cover the above will NOT be reimbursed.

Before any case of product return/replacement, you must contact MOTOTAMIAS.GR.

In any case of returning the products, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
