Order Cancellation & Product Returns

RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER AND RETURN PRODUCTS

You may cancel your order within 10 days of receiving it and receive a full refund of its value, excluding shipping costs or any other related charges. In this case, you must contact IOANNIS TAMIAS AND CO GP (MOTOTAMIAS.GR) by telephone, or e-mail at info@tamias.gr .

Genuine products or spare parts (Suzuki / Kymco / Kawasaki / SYM / DAYTONA / QJMOTOR, etc.) are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Electrical parts (such as rectifiers, ECUs/electronic units, relays, bulbs, ignition coils, stators, coils, fuel injectors, etc.), whether genuine or aftermarket, cannot be returned under any circumstances, as it is impossible to verify whether they have been used.

If you choose to exercise this right, MOTOTAMIAS.GR will require you to return the products unused, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories (if applicable).

Products returned incomplete, damaged, defective due to misuse, or used will NOT be refunded.

Once we receive the returned products, a credit will be issued in your name and refunded to the bank account you have provided. Refunds apply only to the value of the products and do not include shipping costs or any additional charges (such as bank fees, etc.).

If you have purchased a product as part of a promotional offer combined with other products, you may also be required to return the remaining products included in that offer.

The above warranty does NOT cover defects resulting from accidents, negligence, improper use, or abusive/violent handling.

If you receive a product that you did not order, you must notify us within 10 days so that we can replace it immediately at our expense.

In all cases, in order to exercise your right of return or replacement, the returned product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all accessories originally supplied with it. Products that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be refunded.

Before any return or replacement of a product, you must first contact MOTOTAMIAS.GR.

In all cases of product returns, shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
