At MOTOTAMIAS.GR we present the photos of the products on our site, as faithfully as possible. This is not always possible and depends on many unpredictable factors (monitor, printer, etc.). MOTOTAMIAS.GR cannot guarantee that the colors shown on our site are exactly the same as the final product.
All trademarks and names depicted or referred to on our site are recognized as the property of their respective owners.

AVAILABILITY

• The receipt of an order does not guarantee MOTOTAMIAS.GR's ability to supply you with the selected product. Our site is constantly updated throughout the day to ensure that we provide you with accurate information about our products and we try to have immediate availability on most of them. In the unfortunate situation that we are unable to supply you with the selected product(s) soon, we will inform you immediately of the time required. If the proposed delivery time is not acceptable, you will be refunded in full.
• The delivery time of the products refers to the time it takes us to receive the product from our supplier. In the event that the supplier does not have the product ready for delivery, the delivery time may be up to twelve (12) weeks

PRICING AND DETAILS

All prices listed on our site do not include shipping costs. Prices are given in Euros (€). The prices indicated in your order confirmation are final and include packaging, shipping costs (only for Greece) and VAT.

Prices may change without notice at any time prior to acceptance of your order. The specifications, features and photos of the products described or presented on our site were correct at the time of their first publication but may vary slightly due to modifications in their production and our database has not had time to be updated. In the event that we find a significant error in the description or features or photo or availability of a product or service that affects your pending order on MOTOTAMIAS.GR, or an error in pricing, we will inform you of the correct one and ask you if you want to proceed with your order. If you want to cancel it and you have already been charged, MOTOTAMIAS.GR will credit your card or your account with the exact amount of the charge.
